Each facial lasts between 75 to 90 minutes except Manual Face Lift which may take up to 120 mins. This allows ample time to work on different layers of the skin, address individual needs, and provide a relaxing, holistic experience.

Yes, each face massage incorporated different techniques. Our approach includes pressure point stimulation, osteopathy-inspired movements and working on soft tissues at specific points to enhance overall skin health and appearance. these techniques are designed to target different layers of the skin, providing a personalised experience that addresses individual needs.

are there any guidelines or precautions i should consider before booking a facial treatment?

Manual Face Lift / Sculptural Face Lift / Acupoint Face Lift:

• 4 weeks after botox

• 6 weeks after fillers

• 12 weeks after threads

• 4 months after dental implants (excludes Acupoint Face Lift)

do you offer any packages or discounts for multiple sessions?

Yes, we offer packages and discounts for clients who book multiple sessions. Please ask during your consultation for more details about current offers.

what should i do to prepare for my appointment?

• Before a Lash and Brow Appointment: Avoid using waterproof mascara or brow products for at least 24 hours, and do not curl your lashes with an eyelash curler for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• Before a Facial Treatment: Make sure to stay hydrated. It’s best to arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, or with minimal makeup if possible.

what should i do after my treatment?

• Lash and Brow appointment: Avoid water, steam, sweating, eye makeup, and skincare products around the eye area for at least 24 hours.

• Facial Treatment: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated.

• Gua Sha Treatments: Drink warm water and try to avoid windy outdoor areas for a few hours after the treatment.

can i get a facial treatment if i’m pregnant?

Yes, our treatments are safe for pregnant people. However, please inform us about your pregnancy during the consultation so we can adjust the treatment to ensure your comfort and safety. If you book our Acupoint Face Lift, we may omit the acupoint activation to accommodate your needs.

what forms of payment do you accept?

what is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment.

A 20% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
